I enjoy working at a level where I can bring about and influence change at a larger systemic level. Working with organisations and groups allows me to do this. I love facilitating group and organisational processes that are designed to change the way people think and do things in the workplace so that they improve the way they function as managers and teams working towards a bigger purpose.
