People are fascinating! And when people form groups, those groups are even more fascinating in their richness and complexity. I get a thrill out of facilitating groups because they're an endless source of learning, for me and for the members of the groups. We find out so much about ourselves in groups, particularly diverse groups, that we might otherwise not know.

Emuthini's appreciative orientation to diversity is fresh and enlivening. Instead of a heavy-handed approach to working with diversity, Emuthini offers a light touch, celebrating difference while bringing awareness about how to skilfully carry our relative privilege or our relative lack of privilege. This work is significant as we continue to figure out how to be with each other – across differences of culture, race, class, gender, and so much more – and I find Emuthini's approach very rewarding.
