I get excited when people learn new aspects of themselves and others, when spaces are provided for people to think differently, to connect across barriers and grow.                 
I also grow from the different interactions and I  am humbled and blessed frequently when people trust me with their personal stories. The work I do is meaningful and it gives me hope and courage
